open the flaps, undo the velcro straps, size it to your foot and put it back together in reverse.
Fitting them to your board is also simple with the standard footstrap screw and toothed washer.
Please note that footstrap screws and toothed washers are sold separately to the Proform footstrap.

slalom, long, short, wave, freestyle or free move board…basically can be used on any board type.
